First Post!



Diet for gaining weight (The Fundamental)
The fundamental of dieting is sticking to it, too many say oh I forgot my meal or I dono what to make or whatever crap to come up with.
The real deal is no-one is going to feed you, no one is going to make the meals for you and sure as hell no one is going to buy your food.
So you got to think do you want this or not? If you do then make sure you eat.
Eat consistently about 5 times a day spaced between 2-3 hours and fairly healthy (reason being I believe you have to balance the fats as well so a treat day once or twice a week is fine) it’s down to your opinion.
Here is the basics, your meals should have a portion of carbs, protein and vegetable this is your fundamental breakdown. Don’t worry about iron, red meat, white meat, which digest better and all this nonsense, it’s all useless if you can’t even get the monumental foundation right. So get this right see some progress and when you’re ready then take the next step, do not try to run before you walk it will never happen.
Something I normally have on a normal day would be;
Morning having  around 7:30 when I get to work - oats with blueberrys 2 bannas an 5 eggs,
10:30 Protein shake
12:30-13:00 lunch will be chicken breast rice and broccoli the standard boring meal
16:00 Peanut butter jam sandwich
Get back around 5 have a pre workout shake and have and apple and banana for the sugars and carbs,
19:30 post shake
Come back for dinner around 8 and eat Steak, Chicken or Pork Chop with rice/potatoe and vegetable <- the basics there.
Casien shake around 22:00
So you see that I have 3 main meals which has the fundamentals and 2 snacks and the breakfast is the heaviest as for me if I have a good breakfast it digests well throughout the day and I gym well, everyone’s different find what works for you
If your looking to loose weight do a similar diet but exclude some of the carbs and replace them with something more suitable, keep the morning and lunch carbs and the rest you decide.

Hi all!

SO today was a bit of a failure day

but NOT TO BE BEATEN it was a lesson well learnt,

I also did very well on another excercise

so it was leg and shoulders today, and for those who are interested this was the workout

Squat 4-5 Sets
Deadlift 4 sets
Leg press - 4 sets
Glute machine where you lie face down and curl up with your legs - 3 sets
Shoulder press superset with side raises
Clean and press with front raises

and to finish superset of non stop abs.

But where i succeded was a 140kg deep squat and failed on 180kg.....

Yes i failed, but i am happy because i tried to attempt, attempt even when today was not a day where I am feeling great it was psychological problem, i tried my best thats all i can do and say


ITs all about giving it 100% i did and im fine with it, i will be able to push the weight and try harder next time.

on top i have an injury and broke my friends Dr. Dre beats not cool but i will fix up and fix his beats and MEND EVERYTHING AND BECOME THE BEAST THAT IS AWAITING ME!

I will not give up!

I AM ON STEP CLOSER THAN YESTERDAY!

So yeah heres an update....

A few pictures of my gains and a little poem or speech I don't know lol,

anyway here




So yesterday I did a compound day,
It was my day to release, to relax, to give it my all, to better myself in the place I call my sanctuary....
It was a tough time keeping my motivation but its here to stay.
Time ticks second by second, it does not wait for me,
I must grasp what I have be grateful of it and use it to my potential.
My max deadlift was 170kg....
I reached the limit and became an animal...
I lost myself
My concious was gone for those reps.. ALL that was in my mind was to LIFT with good form and nothing else...
The normal, "ahh my body is giving way" or "fuck maybe 1 more rep?" was not in my head, but to do the best I could do or die now where I am now, where I stand... 
If I die today so be it, I was where I wanted to be, not being afraid and clinging on to life and working around the obstacles.... but taking them as they hit me full on front.
I will not stop,
I will not quit,
I will succeed,
I will get there,
And I will be the one to be a champion.

The animal within has been awaken and I don't care if you think I am an idiot, or your better than me or if you think I'm a rookie.. but what I know is I have my heart and soul in this.

Back AGAIN =D

so hey guys!! i've decided to keep blogging again.

it seems that i have helped a few of you! its been good to know people acknowledge my effort into the blog haha! so i decided to put more devotion in this! My main aim for motivation and inspiration!

AND I WILL FORCE MYSELF to do youtube videos haha

but anyway here is my first 2 reposts for you all


'I learnt alot in this gloomy day today, how we all just sit by in what is. Life and time just ticks away second by second, your heart is beating one by one, you breathe one by one.... It's really about making the most of it! Controlling the time you use wisely, enjoying life till your hearts content, and making the moments that take your breathe away. Whilst there are people complaining, comparing or bragging, in that same time someone was working, bettering themself, and being the best they can be! Be modest, honest and give back. Being inspired is great, but to be honest, to inspire others is my goal.

I've decided to do more compound movements in my workouts and what I do is do compound weeks every so often which consists of;

- Back Squat 
-Deadlift
-Bench
-Pull Ups
-Cleans (Presses)
-Any Chosen assistant exercise

With this, I now Squat 120kg, Deadlift 140kg, Bench 100kg, and Clean 40kg.

These are not my personal best but they are my personal best to be done all in one session! 

But either way don't let your ego get in the way just be who you are and do the best you can do.

Time itself is the most precious thing in life, any successful man will understand this term without explanation. Simply time cannot be bought nor refunded, nor can you make choices go with them and go back and change them, where as you can only learn rather than regret, look forward and make a better decision next time. I've made a really bad choice and lost my motivation, it is now time for a change, I've learnt my lesson. My mind is clear from thie certain problem. I wish all you to take these words and apply them to yourself.
Lets look forward to 2012, it is going to be a successful and big year.
